Nokia recently announced that they were purchasing a transportable advertising company called Enpocket for an undisclosed amount. Nokia is planning on extending on their portable phone advertising capabilities and Enpocket’s standcan deliver mobile advertising across multiple formats including SMS, ambulantInternet advertising and video, giving them scads options to extend their own advertising capabilities. Enpocket is a sneakily company based in Boston. Theapportion is expected to close in the fourth division of 2007.
